I had an issue when of not getting a key fob for my jeep that was advertise as being a keyless entry vehicle. I was only issued a valet key. I addressed my concerns with Sales Manager Dustin and got jeep that was advertise as being a keyless entry vehicle. I was only issued a valet key. I worked with Rich and the service was excellent. My Jeep was taken in quickly. They provided an Uber to get me home and back to the dealership the next day. I love my van but hate all the issues that came with it. Having your car in for repair is never fun, however Palmer Dodge Chrysler is the only place I trust.
