I've had my RAM 1500 Diesel since 2021 and love it. Since then I've been coming to Palmer for oil changes and service and have not been disappointed. Recently the truck had a problem while driving with the steering, where it froze while we were in mid-turn on the highway. Locked up! Very unusual for a truck this new. I had it towed to Palmer (AAA rocks!) and was told that it might take a few days. I was prepared for that because of the seriousness of the problem. To my amazement, I got a text later the same day (this was last week) that it had been looked at and was already repaired! It turned out to be a ball-joint steering strut issue and did not require extensive work. the truck has only 20000 miles. And many thanks to Hiram Morales for his relaxed, professional and informative service. I feel confident turning over the keys that he knows what he's doing. Will be back to visit at about 30K miles. Or next oil filter change. Cheers! More
