Was not a great experience at all. I ordered 3 specific services and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, additional service was on the invoice and the charge for it was expensive. I did not ask for this specific service and the representative checking me out was not willing to listen to me or remove the charge. There wasn’t even any options for credit on my next scheduling maintenance to mitigate the error made. Overall very unfortunate situation. More

Told me part would be $450 found part at auto zone for $100 and they wouldn’t fix it and then broke the part so i couldn’t return it . Told me the part was out of my warranty but called jeep corporate myself and the part was covered by my warranty the whole time ! They lied about giving me a loaner car for those three weeks by saying i wasn’t covered by warranty when it was! I asked for the diagnostic report for those three weeks and till this day never got it ! I also asked to speak to the manager and till this day have got the run around ! They text me one day that it was the transmission and the next day a pedal and the next day something else. They don’t know what was wrong yet still charged me! I am currently in contact with jeep corporate to do something about this dealership service department because they were horrible customer service and horrible service all together! DON’T GO HERE EVER ! They lie about car not being under warranty to get your money i ! And keep car for 3 weeks & don’t fix anything! More
