Done here. ..not going to subject myself to bad service anymore. I was there for an oil change and was told everything was checked and my car was good. Less than 2 weeks later I'm back with a fried battery that would have been noticed if it really had been checked! Then I wait 2 hours only for the service guy to be chatting it up with another person instead of calling me while my car just sat there ready for me to pick it up. More
I will not be back. I made an appointment (not fast service) for multiple items. One being to have a lightbulb changed. If you are going to work on an automobile that will be on a highway or busy streets the least you could do is check your work to make sure everything is correct. Service assistant manager (I assume) tried to open up my jeep hood with my mailbox key. Don’t know what kind of damage that did. I do not have faith that the items that I had done were done correctly or done at all since it’s obvious that they didn’t check their work. I suspect any day something will go wrong . I no longer trust this dealership. Especially too since I purchased a used car from them and after only 1 year it no longer works at all. You should be proud. More
I've had to have my truck in the shop several times over the past few months. Only once for a serious problem but mostly to deal with a driver's side rear light issue caused by the improper installation of the past few months. Only once for a serious problem but mostly to deal with a driver's side rear light issue caused by the improper installation of a truck cap by a place called "Total Appearance". Hiram and the service crew at Palmer went out of their way to help me solve the issue and I am very pleased with the results. More
