Overall my experience in the service department was very good. I had an exhaust manifold gasket go bad and had a tailgate latch recall fix performed. The only improvement I would like to see is tightening up the appointment schedule so vehicle service can begin the same day, particularly for customers that made an appointment well in advance. More
My advisor was nice enough but the process at the dealership is not ideal. I made an early AM appointment prior to my visit. My expectation was that my vehicle would be diagnosed that day. I tried to call 4 times that afternoon and was hung up on after being put on hold every time. The receptionist didn't seem to care. I texted to no response. Turns out, they didn't even look at my vehicle that day. The next late afternoon I finally was informed they diagnosed my vehicle and it needed a door latch and it would be ready the next day. Part didn't arrive so it took another day before it was ready. Again, my service advisor was polite and apologetic but they seem to have systemic issues with staffing or process. More

I am getting my car back to dealership 3rd time and the problem is still not fixed. It's been over 2 months since I am not able to operate the car. I get the car back saying the problem is fixed and the pr problem is still not fixed. It's been over 2 months since I am not able to operate the car. I get the car back saying the problem is fixed and the problem resurfaces right back. To make it worse, this dealership is out of rental vehicle most of the times. Very frustrating.
