Told me before diagnostic that I could replace my radio at a specified price if that was what the diagnostic indicated was required. I was unable to get this information from other dealerships. Also, when talking to a car salesman while waiting for the work to be done, I learned that the Pacifica Mini Van could be obtained, not just as a hybrid, but with a straight gasoline engine and retain the full flat storage area with all rear seats stowed. I was very happy with the service at the Jeep Dodge Ram dealership! I went to the dealer to get oil change and service for the message displayed "front parking sensor needs service" done and my truck was with the dealer for 2 and a half days. Poor communication: They the message displayed "front parking sensor needs service" done and my truck was with the dealer for 2 and a half days. Poor communication: They do not communicate and let you know the status - you must call and most of the time after a long wait it goes to voice mail and no one responses to the voice mail. When I was lucky to get the technician, I was told that they called and left a voice mail which is a lie as there is no missed call in the call log or a voice mail. Poor service: 1. After the oil change, even a novice knows that the vehicle dashboard "oil change" indicator should be reset, but in my case, it was not, and I had to reset it myself. 2. To diagnose the "parking sensor service required", I was told by the technician that they had to remove the front bumper and a panel to get to the parking sensor, which is incorrect. The technician is either incompetent or dishonest, as I could pry open the fog light bezel to access the sensor in minutes. 3. The technician also removed the engine splash guard in the “wheel well” (probably to access the sensor) but did not put it back properly. It was rubbing with the wheel and missing 2 screws that held it in place. Predatory charges: 1. While the wire was stripped (not sure how it happened with a new truck), the senor was not bad. I was quoted approx. $1000 ($700 plus for parts) to get a sensor with the harness replaced and when I checked Mopar site, the sensor cost was about $42. 2. I was charged $200 to diagnose which sensor was bad and while they said one sensor was bad, the are no sensors that are bad. I reconnected the wires and the issue is resolved that took about 30 minutes and $0 as the sensor was not bad. More
