This is from a customer who has - prior to this experience found your service department to be excellent. The process began with two different attempts to reach the service dept by phone that each experience found your service department to be excellent. The process began with two different attempts to reach the service dept by phone that each time led to 15+ minutes on a combo of being on hold or having the phone answered only to be placed on hold repeatedly. My truck had to be jumped in order to get it to the dealership. Even though I had a Monday morning appointment (it was dropped off over the weekend) it wasn't even looked at until Tuesday. Later that week I was told it was diagnosed with a failed passenger side battery. I asked if they changed both batteries and I was told they did not. Two days later the truck died again. It then spent an entire week at the dealership being intermittently worked on as the electrical problem couldn't be found. After days of failed attempts to fix the truck I was suddenly told it's fixed and ready to go. What was finally discovered to be the elusive problem? It was determined that the other battery was also dead and needed replacement?!? I was in total shock that was the issue - it took 2 weeks to discover that the batteries were the problem? Even though the truck has been working since I still wonder every time I try to start it if it will indeed start as I am still in disbelief that that the second battery suddenly went bad while at the dealership after it allegedly tested perfectly fine initially. First, my salesman was great. That is the only person I've met there that was legit. The finance person was a joke & a liar who sold me a 3rd party warranty at purchase that is no That is the only person I've met there that was legit. The finance person was a joke & a liar who sold me a 3rd party warranty at purchase that is nothing like they presented it to be, then their clown circus of a service department proceeded to rip me off on top of that when I tried to use it when the radiator started to leak. I have had this truck 11 months & according to the clowns, this leak needed a new radiator, water pump & thermostat, even said the radiator was full of sludge. Then 'recommended' a new serpentine belt & cleaning the fuel injectors. It is apparent that they do not service these used vehicles before putting them on the lot and/or they just lie to make a buck. Either way, I am putting in for a refund on the "warranty" & I will never go back there again. More
