Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Because of geographic proximity, I have been bringing my vehicles to Palmer for service for several years. They are hit or miss on satisfaction. My last repair experience was marginal. After waiting over a week for parts to come in, I had to call them to check on their status. I was then told I had to wait two weeks as the only guy who could do the work would be on vacation. Ultimately, the work the do is satisfactory. I believe the dealership management , not the staff, needs to wake up and get more involved in improving the customer service and satisfaction issues. Cannot recommend. Has vehicle in for Warranty work 3 times and never fixed my problem. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in getting service needs met. They keep your car forever, don't follow back up, and expect you to complain. This last service I talked with the service manager and he was going to get back to me right away. It has been over a month. Never using them again. Probably never buying a Chrysler product again. Terrible. More
