I purchased a used vehicle from Palmer Dodge. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation was FOUR NEW TIRES. I couldn’t help wondering why Palmer Dodge would even put the car on the lot if it knew that all the tires were in need of replacement. Buyer beware. When I went back to my Sales person, he stated nothing could be done. His manager was also not very cooperative. I went to service to get the records on the vehicle. The service Manager, David Keller said he would do what it took to make the situation right. If it had not been for David Keller and the Service Team, I don’t know what I would have done. I would not purchase a vehicle from Palmer Dodge but I will continue to get my car serviced there as well and refer my friends/co-workers. I would only recommend Service, not sales. More
I am happy with the work this dealership does and they sure juggle a lot of customers well. My only complaint is that for the 2nd time they have promised that they would wash my van as part of my service sure juggle a lot of customers well. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash. I was there for over 4 hours. There were obnoxious kids there running around and yelling. Recall work on 2007 Jeep and Check Engine/Gas Cap Light - %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. I can do the same thing unhooking th %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. I can do the same thing unhooking the battery. Nubian provided me with a great car and introduced me to the service crew who has now continued to maintain everything I need!
