I took my 2022 Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change. On the way home the oil light and engine malfunction light came on. I immediately returned to the dealership and informed Valentina of the pr change. On the way home the oil light and engine malfunction light came on. I immediately returned to the dealership and informed Valentina of the problem. She had it taken into the garage and in a few minutes said everything was fine it was just low on oil. This never should have happened as either not enough oil was put I’m or the drain plug was not secured and the oil leaked out, the drive home was uneventful but I vehicle could have suffered some very bad damage. Disappointed in delivery of new tires. Label left on all 4 tires. Tires were very dirty and were not detailed as the tires that were on my vehicle being replaced. I did ask the service technician if he would detail them for me as they looked terrible and he was kind enough to do that to me. When checking out I mentioned the labels left on tires and the condition of the new tires and was told the person that had serviced my car was new. A new employee or not, there should be someone checking on quality of work being done. She did tell me that the Service manager told her that the labels would be gone after 10-15 miles which they were thank goodness. But still should have been removed prior to installing. I have purchased tires several times over the years and have never had labels left on tires or the tires not being dressed down. More
