They got the work finished up in the 1-3 day timeframe, but my truck sat for 2 days before they looked at it… and that was with an appt. Helpful staff but very outdated service center and waiting area. Odd and somewhat busy/crowded service center entrance area. No one to greet and help you until you go inside. I made a proposal on a car to be bought thru Enterprise Fleet on saturday close of business, they promised me to hold up to monday. Monday morning Enterprise contacter Palmer and asked all papers to move o Fleet on saturday close of business, they promised me to hold up to monday.
