Svcs tech tried to charge me for a warranty item, which is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. While I was there, another customer warned me that she had been charged for over $1000 of repairs th is the only reason that I brought vehicle in. I should have never returned to this dealership after my last experience. The service department is ignorant, and unprofessional. Just continue reading the reviews, and you will come to see a pattern. No last experience. The service department is ignorant, and unprofessional. Just continue reading the reviews, and you will come to see a pattern. No integrity, or standard of excellence. Their employee informed me that my lights were on for over 24 hours,, after sending my vehicle for an oil change, and general maintenance, a 300 dollar battery was also needed. Kimberly Keyes was the service advisor who tried to tell me her employee was mistaken..my question to her was why would he lie. She was rude, and unprofessional, and after spending 7000 dollars getting work done on my vehicle in the past 6 months, I expected to be treated better, but it is my fault, once a company shows you who they are, believe them, and take your business elsewhere✌🏽 More

The worst car dealer service experience that I’ve had at any dealership. When I set up the appointment, I noted that I wanted to get whatever service was recommended for the mileage of my vehicle. Upon chec any dealership. When I set up the appointment, I noted that I wanted to get whatever service was recommended for the mileage of my vehicle. Upon check -in, the advisor asked why I was there. She took notes on a scratch piece of paper which didn’t seem very organized. The advisors at other dealerships typically have some base knowledge about vehicles however you could obviously tell this advisor had zero experience with vehicles. I mentioned to her that the rear brake light on my jeep recently broke. She told me they could not fix it b/c it was another area at the dealership. I would think it would be her job to coordinate that since I was dropping off the vehicle for service. I told them , the traction control sensor would come on after the first start of the day and would shut off soon after driving. When I received my vehicle back. They never serviced this issue. The advisor called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready but there might be a leaky pinion seal but I would have to schedule another appointment to bring the vehicle back in(this was about 1:30pm on a Thursday). I questioned her as to why I would have to bring it back instead of fixing it now and she told me she’d call me back. She called me and told me they could fix it now if I wanted. After this experience, I declined the service. I had zero faith in these individuals handling my Jeep. And as I mentioned, when I picked up the vehicle, the brake light was not addressed nor was the traction control issue. Needless to say, I will never go back. More

Was t It was for recall, check brakes, oil change with fluids, inspection etc., diagnostic on loud engine noise. Took car in on a Thursday.. left it. Was to be ready Thursday afternoon. No one called me. I called in late afternoon to see if it was done and my friend coukd bring me to pick up. Hiram told me it hasn’t been seen yet! No call… nothing. He said it would be first one in on Friday and I could pick up in afternoon. No call all day. At 3:00 I called to get status….hiram said car has not been in garage. I said you promised it would be finished today and you knew I was already counting on car! He said I didn’t make appointment with tech, but with him! I said I wasn’t given that option and how is a customer supposed to know that? He said car would be looked at first thing Monday!!! 5 days after my Thursday morning appointment! At this point my husband had to step in and help me. He took me to dealership, took time off his job.. to hear Hiram say appointments really don’t mean anything and they had a lot of cars!! But, he never bothered to communicate with me whatsoever! I did all the calling and coming to dealership! Hiram wanted us to take the car for the weekend and bring back in Monday!! I was supposed to travel for my job on Monday!! I had already taken Thursday and Friday off because I was lead to believe my car would be ready! My husband got me a car to drive for the weekend and insisted that Hiram call him to report on Monday. I did not get to go on my business trip, lost accounts due to all of the lack of service?? On Monday Hiram texted that no one could hear loud noise in my car…. He then said it was a normal sound for that “new” jeep. No sir!! I still hear the loud scraping noise each time the car is driven and have ample documents and videos of sounds.. but no one seems to hear it at Palmer…. Everyone else in my life hears it. 🤷‍♀️ in fact, when I played the video for Hiram, he agreed it as not a good sound for a new car…. Now when car is supposedly fixed it’s a normal sound??? Nope. I don’t really believe they did anything on the car because the minute I started my car up the fluid light came on for empty washer fluid. I didn’t even go back in because the first visit at Palmer, they failed to do the 21 point check or they woukd have found empty fluids! I overlooked doing a bad review for the first visit… but it is clear to me now that I can not expect honest service with Palmer dodge… it is very disappointing to know my brand new car most likely hasn’t had the service it needs to stay healthy. Of course, the first two oil changes and recall were at no charge….. and I really don’t know if my car was serviced…. I picked it up Monday afternoon…. No records were placed into my jeep wave app from the dealership indicating recall had been performed…. No service record but the first is there…. Unless it magically appears after this. Where is a woman supposed to go to trust her dealership? On the first visit I made them put the washer fluid in…. Now, I don’t expect anything…. I was also kept waiting almost the entire day on my first visit which was only an oil change and fluids check…. Others came and went…. I’m not feeling the love… palmer dodge is too busy for me I guess. More
