When I arrived, I explained to Luis that I was experiencing issues with my vehicle since purchasing a new $250 key fob. I asked if he could look into the problem while I was getting my oil changed experiencing issues with my vehicle since purchasing a new $250 key fob. Instead, he rudely informed me that I would need to schedule a separate appointment and pay an additional $200 for a diagnostic exam. He seemed disinterested in my concerns and responded in a dismissive manner. I then requested an Uber to get to work while my car was being serviced, but that never happened, and I ended up arranging my own Uber rides instead of using the usual service provided. Once I was notified that my vehicle was ready, I spoke with someone else who listened to my concerns and managed to reprogram my key, which took an additional two hours. I had hoped to avoid this extended wait by addressing my issues during my initial drop-off. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I am now considering another location for my future services. More
I don’t believe the issue is fixed. Twice already the vehicle has stalled since picking it up. They left my gas tank on E from test driving! I believe I was sold a lemon and now no one is competent enough to fix the issues it was sold with. More

The services rep Rich did an outstanding job answering my questions and explaining the service he did when I brought my Jeep Compass in for some engine lights. They fixed the problem well and discovered a couple of issues I didn't know was going on. The reason I am only giving 4 of 5 stars is because of the exorbitant cost for services rendered. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap taking it to the dealership but after I got home and checked my bank account, I discovered there was $39 extra surcharge on my receipt for using my credit card and made my jaw drop when I looked at my bank account. I wish this little detail would have been better explained to me before I showed up to pay so I could have brought my checkbook. It really grates on my nerves how these credit card companies tack on extra charges to use their products, and it makes me wished I would have just paid in cash. Other than that, thanks for repairing my vehicle. More

I was in the area because of a medical appointment and stopped by the dealership because I had damaged the splash guard on my Challenger pulling into a friend's unfinished driveway. I showed up without an appt but Kimberly and some of her guys took the time to look at it anyway. They gave me their honest appraisal and assured me that if came back first thing the next morning they would get me patched up. So that is what I did. I was very happy with the quality of work and the peace of mind that I left with in terms of no rattling and no low quality parts. I got a chance to check out some of the inventory as well, a lot of nice Hellcats! More than anything I want to thank Kimberly Keyes for hearing me out without the appt, and getting me out of there.
