An oil change took over 2 hours. It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated as well, but I said no, since I had done it one It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated as well, but I said no, since I had done it one week prior. 90 minute later, someone comes and tells me "sorry for the wait. There was a backup in the tire garage." My question to them: "Why was it in the tire garage".....So, more than 30 minutes later (since there was still a backup in the tire garage), the tires were put back on the way the arrived and the oil and filter had been changed. This was supposed to be a "free service" to me, but it was more expensive (opportunity cost" for me to come to the dealer and deal with miscues and frankly just slow service, so I probably won't be coming back (to this or any dealer) again. More

They are a complete joke. They never fix the problem right the first time but go about it piecemeal, leaving you to have multiple breakdowns related to the same issue.
