My most recent experience with Palmer Dodge service department was for an oil change. I was able to wait for the work to be done. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. The work took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Palmer Dodge maintenance department for any work on my car in the future. More

I purchased the platinum svc package that includes free towing. I was promised tow reimbursement several times. I provided receipts and proof. Never reimbursed.
