We've been to this dealership for service over the years for our other Chrysler products. Attempted to lease a Jeep here a few years ago but the GM wasn't helpful. Found this van on cars.com, and were ver for our other Chrysler products. Attempted to lease a Jeep here a few years ago but the GM wasn't helpful. Found this van on cars.com, and were very happy with the price (based on our research and similar vehicles elsewhere). Our salesman, Arnie, was respectful and very helpful. At one point we considered trading in a vehicle, but the GM wouldn't budge on the value of the trade. We asked for additional floormats and a second FOB to sweeten the deal, since this vehicle only has 1, but he wouldn't budge. Ended up paying cash with no trade. Took our potential trade to Carmax and received an offer that valued the car at $2000 more. We won't offer a recommendation to buy or not buy there. We were disappointed that being long time customers was of no value in this seller's market. We received a great vehicle at a very good price, so our rating could be higher... More

We have endured a strange year due to Covid and buying a new vehicle is also a different experience. What you need from a dealership now is good communication. I got that from the Palmen Jeep sales team, sp new vehicle is also a different experience. What you need from a dealership now is good communication. I got that from the Palmen Jeep sales team, special thanks to Danny & Mike. Due to the fact that a good portion of the deal is done remotely ie phone or email it is more important your phone calls and emails are returned in a timely manner.
