It was the best scenario possible with finding the best car for our family and a price that I felt like would work for us. Payton was the one that sealed the deal. He worked diligently with us finding the car we needed and worked us through the process. His professional demeanor and great personality made all the difference in making the purchase. I am never happy when I spend this amount of money, but at the end of the process I felt great about how Payton worked with me. Even after we singed on the bottom line he made sure that every detail was perfect with me and my family. I would highly recommend Payton to anyone looking to make a purchase at Palmen Motors. Bob knew when we purchased the Dodge Ram that we had initially intended on a vehicle for me..not my husband..but the deals at the time on the Rams was to good to pass up. Palmen should have been the first dealership that I went to. The environment is super friendly there. It was pretty busy when I went but I was not forgotten and I didnt feel rushed. I just want to say I like my new vehicle. I had an accident and was without a car. Bob Pisciotti came in on his day off.. Actually picked me up at my house and drove me to Palmen. My first visit was to look and test drive the car. This done in a very timely manner, in and out in 40 minutes. My second trip was to pick-up the car and complete the paper-work, WOW done in less than hal done in a very timely manner, in and out in 40 minutes. It's always...wow that's a great deal! After seeing my great deal on my 2011 Kia Sorento...my daughter bought a 2011 Town & Country from Mark as well. Although I can get employee pricing on any Chrysler product, I chose to lease the Kia Sorrento the last two times. I've leased a 2011 Kia Sorento, and currently have a 2013 Sorento. The Kia is a solid vehicle. No rattles, wind noise, or squeaks! It's a lot of car for the money. The price of the Kia is below it's competitors. Kia has an awesome warranty. I get my Kia Sorento serviced at Palmen Motors. I hate when a dealership makes you feel like you are interrupting their day! Palmen Motors treats their customers in friendly, helpful manner. I'm always happy they value my time. If need be...Palmen will shuttle me back to my home, if a repair/recall takes longer than I expected. In conclusion, I would recommend you visit Mark Jensen at Palmen Motors if you want a quality vehicle, friendly staff, and a price you'll want to brag about. More
