After checking my husband's & my name, Wally fnally found it under my Mother-in-law's name. My husband asked why is it under her name & not ours, he was told him that he had no idea, must have been a mix up in the "back". When we were checking in, another vehicle was brought in for a new sale, it appeared to us the new sale took was more important than checking us in for our scheduled appointment. The sevice is not friendly, nor do we feel welcomed when we arrive. The check in process is slow & our perception is we are a bother. More

Recall, oil change, tire swap I enjoy the drive to Racine, because I know my Truck is in good hands. I purchased it there and have my recall and oil, tires done there.
