No one did the check of the truck. I had to ensure that the dealer ship agreed on the interior to ensure no dispute.when I picked up the truck The truck was never greased with the oil change or offered H the dealer ship agreed on the interior to ensure no dispute.when I picked up the truck The truck was never greased with the oil change or offered H cost me additional cost with another mechanic I was never offered or given the free car wash after service. I went there to get to key for pre-program was supposed take an hour it took almost 2+ hours to get it done they couldn’t program the key fobs but my car sat there for over an hour with no one touching it take an hour it took almost 2+ hours to get it done they couldn’t program the key fobs but my car sat there for over an hour with no one touching it they never gave me the paperwork I work third shift I wish that entire way too much time to take care of something I should be taking here pretty easily. If they could’ve just simply so they couldn’t program it and charge me for it which I have no problem with and give me my keys it was fine but for Will over an hour my trucks out there was no one there and no paperwork. And then the gentleman came by and said hey do you want to get theseTwo key fobs for almost $700 I said no I don’t I went to batteries plus and got two key Phibes for under $300 program keeps cutting everything the service was not very respectful they made me wait a long time when you’re on third shift wanna get in get out and go to bed that didn’t happen I will look for another place to get my stuff taken care of More
