Unorganized There was a lot of running back and forth. All the tools they needed were there, but it was so spread out. It wasn’t for me, I’m used to more one on o There was a lot of running back and forth. All the tools they needed were there, but it was so spread out. It wasn’t for me, I’m used to more one on one with my mechanic. He said he was unable to communicate with my cars computer (I was having trouble with the “check engine light “ ) and said I needed to go to a dealership. At Palmen, they told me they were able to communicate with the cars computer with no problem, and nothing was wrong. I have yet to talk with my regular mechanic to find out if that’s true. Palmen’s representatives were very courteous however. More
