It was the last day of the month and pretty close to closing time. Chuck was very friendly, honest, patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or rushed. He took time to get to know us as people and listen to what we wanted. He didn’t treat us like we were just “another potential sale”. He answered all of our questions and also offered ideas/options without being pushy. We are very happy that by chance we went to Palmen. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we will be going back. More

Chuck did a great job of prepping several vehicles for our test drives. He did not pressure our decision and was very genuine and honest about the vehicles we were considering. In the end, I felt we were given a fair price on the new (to us) vehicle and better than expected price on our trade-in. The overall experience was great and I will certainly return for future auto purchases. More

Let me just say it is total night and day between the two. Palmen of Racine has gained a customer for life. Vince was very honest and straight forward. You don't find that very often. He answered our questions and also showed us what we asked to see. He was not pushy at all. He didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time or try to force us into anything that we didn't want. Customer Service I drove an hour to Palman's to purchase this car. The sales team was nice. Tonya Tatro was very helpful with the internet communication. Sales Team might want to reconsider their topic of open conversation in the sales room when customer's are waiting. The vehicle was delivered with only 1/4 of gas in the tank, barely enough to get me home, alot less than I left my trade in with!! This is the only vehicle purchase where there was not a full tank of gas! The price I paid was fair. I wasn't given the $25.00 gift card for the test drive because I didn't print it off of the internet. No keychain or any little extra "Thank you's" for spending almost $20,000. I've purchased quite a few cars with the help of the internet over the last 10 years, and all and all....this experience was "Fair" More
