He explained the options we had for financing and believe he helped us achieve a deal we were happy with, including the trade-in of our 2006 Caravan. We were looking to get a vehicle with the newer safety features and he explained what the 2015 offered over our 2006 van. He guided us through the features on our new Caravan and suggested that we read through the "2015 User Guide" that was provided to refresh what he had explained. PS: My original contact was with Jerad Holmes the day before we decided to take action on our purchase and he was not working that day. Jarad also took the time to answer some of my preliminary questions and told me that any of his associates would help me if he was not there.
