I still visited 3 separate Ram dealerships in the area. I was most comfortable with the staff and specifically the salesman (Chuck) I worked with at my local Racine dealership. Chuck was very helpful in explaining the procedure (employee pricing) and also very knowledgeable about the Ram truck. He was able to explain all the systems of the truck easily. My only criticism, is the whole idea of providing a price, me countering, and Chuck having to go back to the "manager" for approval. That's why I buy good quality vehicles, and keep them for years before buying again. More
