Hello, so to start I would give 5 star’s but the vehicle we went to see that was advertised was not the correct vehicle. However we did end up making a purchase from palmen. The vehicle we purchased did not have Bluetooth on it and we did not realize that until after the purchase. The sales representative offered to hook up my phone for us but I passed due to it being a easy process and to save us all time. We also traveled 120 miles there and wanted to hit the road ASAP. So after we got back home we tried to hook up our phones to the vehicle but it kept giving us a no connection notification. I contacted our sales representative about the problem and he went out of his way to solve the problem. Unfortunately the model we had was not able to have the Bluetooth. Thankfully Palmen was awesome about the situation and offered us a free swap for a upgraded model that had the Bluetooth and plus more! All in all was a great purchase and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Palmen for being understanding and working with us and not just pushing the problem away. I would definitely recommend Palmen to others. Also there prices are good. Hence why we drove so far lol. Plus I have to give 2 Thumbs up to Nick Barsuli, our sales representative for being awesome and not pushy in anyway. Felt like I was talking to a person and not just a selling robot. More

never had a bad experience until now. Paid a total of $5,000+ for multiple different parts and “labor” got my vehicle back with chipped paint and a broken glove box. They fixed for free but then I picked $5,000+ for multiple different parts and “labor” got my vehicle back with chipped paint and a broken glove box. They fixed for free but then I picked up my vehicle for a second time and I was left a cigarette butt on my floor as well as paint on my steering wheel. I asked multiple times to check the vehicle for a starting issue and it has never been checked I was told I have to pay another $140 for them to check after I already paid a total of $5000+ and have mentioned this problem multiple times, no communication,I had to call constantly to check on my parts. I’ve been coming here since I turned 18 I usually work with patti but I’m not sure if I will be back after this experience. More
A/c Problem not fixed back in October. Of course I did not use the A/c all winter cause I live in Wisconsin. Matt is just the best ! Today 6/8/2021 I couldn’t remove my key from the gnition, ( I purchased my jeep 2 weeks ago) This was as I had just got home from work about 5:30 .
