Unethical and unprofessional I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forrester October month in 2018 was told it would take 10 weeks to arrive so I arranged to pay for the vehicle January 2, 20 I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forrester October month in 2018 was told it would take 10 weeks to arrive so I arranged to pay for the vehicle January 2, 2019 apparently the car came in earlier by three weeks so I was excited and wanted to see it so I contacted my salesman casaba and arranged to meet him when I arrived and saw the SUV it was beautiful first thing Casaba told me was that lots of folks wanted to purchase it because it is the only limited edition on the lot and he had hidden the keys and no one can drive it it also had a sold sign with my name on it then he tells me they are having to pay a $300 storage fee and would I be willing to purchase today with a post date check of Jan 3 2019 i and was excited and said yes but when I went home I realized that given my current health issues and financial obligation for 2018 that I wanted to stick to the agreed upon delivery and pick up schedule bottom line the general manager bill refused to honor our contract I had given then a deposit of 500 dollars they tore up the check and probably sold the car to someone else . I have filed an official complaint against this pathetic delarship with suburb coporste headquarters and the BBB I AM NOW WITHOUT MY NEW VEHILCE STAY FAR AWAY THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DEALIERSHIP THEY DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF INTEGRITY. Beyond Expectation Living in the desert is hard on batteries. Our 2015 Forester just experienced its first dead battery...lasted 3 3/4 years...unheard of in the desert. Sarah from PS Subaru rescued us on her lunch hour. Forward to the dealership. Jordan set up a new battery service for us AND put the gallon of ice cream that we had bought before all this started in the employee freezer. Mistake I test drove 3 cars and liked the Impreza the best. I have been back over 12 times and NO one was honest with me.. I called Subaru Of America and told them the problem they told me there was an up grade. Back I went. It still didn't work. now I went back for another Upgrade and I didn't get out the lot and It didn't work. They called the service manager to talk to me He was RUDE,NASTY and blamed me for the problem.. I suggest That you make sure your phone pairs with the car and get it in writing. No I would not buy another car from this dealer. Its been5 months and I still do not have A PHONE THAT WORKS IN MY CAR. THE ONLY I WORKED WITH THAT TRIED TO HELP WAS SARAH More

Turned out to be worth my drive I was looking for a used Subaru when I stumbled across Palm Springs Subaru. I called and spoke with Cesar about the car. He verified that it was still I was looking for a used Subaru when I stumbled across Palm Springs Subaru. I called and spoke with Cesar about the car. He verified that it was still on the lot, since I live an hour and 1/2 away, and we made an appointment to test drive. When I arrived Cesar was helpful and no pressure on buying the car. We negotiated a price and I drove away with my new (used) car. It's too bad I live so far, otherwise I would be going to them to service the car. More
Excellent Service When we lived in the desert we always had our Outback serviced at Palm Springs Subaru. Then we moved to San Luis Obispo county and tried the dealership there, twice. They were awful. Always trying to up sell me something I didn't need. So we drove 5 hours to go back to Palm Springs for the 100,000 service. We were so greatful that we did. Sarah was wonderful. I would go back there every time, especially for something big. More
