I thought there might be an issue there, but Brandie explained what was done vs. what needed to be done today. And less than 30 minutes later, my car was completed (and washed). More

AMAZING SERVICE I just bought my son his first car. I was in a time crunch and knew exactly what car I/he wanted. We test drove the car and decided to purchase. I I just bought my son his first car. Walter took care of everything else (I came back later to pick up the vehicle). You hear horror stories about people being at the dealership for many hours. It took longer for me to drive 8 miles to my bank than I spent at the dealership. Furthermore, I drove 1.5 hours to Palm Springs Subaru. If the customer service was not as AWESOME as it is, I would have walked away. Walter was great! I definitely will be back!!!!!! More

Even if I haven't been by for nearly a year (I've had some service done in Flagstaff, AZ my summer residence). she still recognizes me and makes me feel "special." Plus Sarah always takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and when finished, exactly what was done and why. Like I said earlier, Sarah rocks. More
