Palm Springs Subaru service department are professional, courteous, and always exceed expectations. Recently showed up unannounced with a battery/electrical problem, was seen within 30 minutes, and about an courteous, and always exceed expectations. Recently showed up unannounced with a battery/electrical problem, was seen within 30 minutes, and about an hour later after running diagnostics on the electrical system and battery, problem diagnosed (bad battery), corrected and I was on my way. Problem solved. BRAVO More

Service representatives Don and Juan know me by name and know my Subaru’s needed maintenance when I come in. They explain in detail the type of work required, the cost and time required.
