HORRIBLE QUALITY! Bought my car new in 2012 it has had 5 warranty problems already and my door on the inside damaged from them then in a routine oil change my oil drain Bought my car new in 2012 it has had 5 warranty problems already and my door on the inside damaged from them then in a routine oil change my oil drain lid was damaged they have an Ok front office but the people working on your vehicle have No care about your car. Very Satisfying!!!!! About two weeks ago, I had my brand new Ford Fusion towed to the service department because I got stranded with my family out in Yucca Valley. It happ About two weeks ago, I had my brand new Ford Fusion towed to the service department because I got stranded with my family out in Yucca Valley. It happen on a Sunday afternoon, when we were heading out of town to celebrate my fathers birthday. It ruined my whole day when the plan did not worked out. I had to wait till Monday morning when the Service Dept was opened to run a diagnostics on my car to find out the cause of the problem. I was disappointed since I had bought the car the beginning of the year. When I spoke to Bryan the Manager of the Service department and notified me that the cause was over an oil change not done properly that I had done elsewhere he still took care of me. Although it was not PSM responsibility he went out of his way to sympathize and work with me to make me happy.Bryan turned disappointing to satisfying right away. I must admit never again will I go anywhere else but to PSM to get everything done correctly. I am a beyond happy satisfy customer and will tell all my friends how a great customer service PSM has. Bryan I cant thank you enough for being very understanding and helpful. Bryan is the Best!!!! More

I called back at 3;30 - they had just taken into the techs. Now wouldn't be completed. They have no courtesy cars. Said they would call me first thing next day. At 10:30 I called them....not ready. Finally completed about 11;45 but couldn't fix intermittent problem with a/c. Why make appointments if you aren't going to work on the car for several hours. Total disregard for customer. Several friends are thinking of purchasing Fords -- surely not going to recommend this dealer! More

Our local dealer Palm Springs Motors palmspringsmotors.com has the worst service ever. I brought my brand new car almost a month ago with an electrical problem, could sound big but not, palmspringsmotors.com has the worst service ever. I brought my brand new car almost a month ago with an electrical problem, could sound big but not, the mechanism to open the trunk stopped working. They turned this problem into a nightmare, they made some damage to my car, scratched the glove box and two dents on the doors, took the car back and got it fixed, apparently, a week passed and a lot of damages are coming out on the area where they were working. They have the excuse of our signature on the paper that says "they fixed the problem we brought the car in for" and a video that shows us inspecting the part of the car that was fixed and we signed the car out but we were not told that we supposed to look for new damages caused by the dealer for the second time in a row. All I can say is that those problems weren't there before the car went in and now if a bring my car to them I don't know what other mayor damaged they could make. Why do I have to accept this?, I changed my car for a new one and now my new one doesn't look as a new one after only four months because they didn't take care of the problem as they should. More
It seems the Buyers are satisfied with this dealer, it seems to be the "service" that is lacking. My service engine light on my Expedition came on and It was time for an oil change anyway, I was told it w seems to be the "service" that is lacking. My service engine light on my Expedition came on and It was time for an oil change anyway, I was told it was a cracked intake manifold gasket, i approved the repair. As I drove out the driveway after the repair my air conditioner started switching back and forth from dash vents to defrost vents, I immediately informed Ms. Foster of the problem and she said bring it back, when I did I was told it had noting to do with the removal of the manifold or the replacement of the PVC device, that it was a vacuum leak and they did not cause it, I was even told that the manifold and the PVC valve are totally unrelated to the vacuum system, which is of course NOT true. They even said they would fix the air so it would only come out the dash vents as a solution, after all this is Palm Springs and I seldom need the defroster, but always need the air conditioning. Five minutes after leaving the dealer for the second time this "fix" failed as well and it is back to switching from dash to defrost again. I left another voice mail for Ms. Foster who has not returned my call. This morning in an attempt to find the leak myself I discovered a puddle of oil in my garage that is dripping from the oil pan. While on the web page for PS Motors yesterday a box opened up with a chat person asking if she could help, i explained my issue and was promised a return call from a manager....no call. As is customary, I'm sure I will get a "Sorry your had a bad experience" reply from one of the two people who have replied to the previous service complaints, but no solution. If I get a satisfactory solution, I will post it. If you buy a car from this dealer, get it serviced out of the desert as the owner of this dealership also owns the Indio dealership as well. I also had a brake job done and so far I can still stop.... More
I took my 2007 f-150 in because my engine light was on.Dennis said he would check it out.I said I needed to rent a car to get to work. He said they had an onsite rental. After four days of calls "can't find problem,part being rerouted"I got my truck back at cost of $1100.00. 400.00 being rental charges. The $85.00 discount didn't help. Prior to that I had taken my truck to their quicklane service. Tony said I needed front brakes and tires. I told him I wanted all terain and he sold me touring tires.I said thats not what I wanted.Tony said he would to order them and call me when they came in. He never did. Mark More
