I scheduled a free oil change on my very low mileage 3 year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). After 3 hours I was told my car wash in the wash……45 minutes later it rolled year old vehicle, (my service writer even remarked on my low mileage). After 3 hours I was told my car wash in the wash……45 minutes later it rolled up. Almost 4 hours for an oil change (oh and a software update, NOTHING ELSE) is unacceptable! I could have done it my xxxx self in that time, or Jiffy-lube! Everyone was nice and friendly but…….c’mon. More
They closed my dealership near my house. I was not very happy about driving to Palm Springs to just have my car serviced, BUT, I have to tell you. They guys (all of them) at Palm Springs Motors are AMAZING happy about driving to Palm Springs to just have my car serviced, BUT, I have to tell you. They guys (all of them) at Palm Springs Motors are AMAZING. They are all so friendly and seem to really care about helping me. I look forward to the next visit. Brought in my 2013 Edge for service (60K miles) since originally leased as car #5 from PS Ford. Purchased out of lease. This check-up is ridiculous as most is done normally when brought in. I was charged for "Battery Service" on a battery just over 4 months OLD! Bill total was $77+ and after a $20 off coupon. I think? they checked the belts and hoses, as this was only item different, than the usual checks? All t his after I had convinced my Son to purchase a lease on an Explorer, just two weeks previous!! I think that I am due to find an accredited service garage for my business. Things have changed drastically, over the past two years here and not for the better. I had a rep for at least 5 years and She went overboard to help me. No longer there of course, or I wouldn't be writing this. Losing a customer over a $23 item is not good business. I paid a gal that sat next to the service rep as Johnathan was busy and explained my complaint about a battery service that was not necessary, and She was no help at all. I called on my way back to my office and Johnathan did not seem concerned as I vented my displeasure. Must need that $23 very badly. Ben Geraci More
Went in for an oil change, they were to rotate the tires - they did not. Sent me home with a tire light on. I wonder if they changed the oil. Made online appointment w/Quicklane it was scheduled with Ford. I needed an oil leak looked at and an oil change. I still had the leak I went back and talked to Daniel who said they did oil change and found Ford. I needed an oil leak looked at and an oil change. I still had the leak I went back and talked to Daniel who said they did oil change and found no leak and would need to have my car for 4-5 days because they may not have the parts in stock, what parts you don't even know what is leaking? Daniel suggested I go to Nissan...really after you did the oil change why not tell me that before!! I do not recommend Quicklane/Ford motor services! More
