Once we were parked, we already had an employee walk up to us to help us out. His name was Louie and he was very nice, he showed us a couple of trucks and then took us out for a test drive. Like with any car dealer, it takes some negotiating to get the right price and payments, but everybody in the dealership was helpful and willing to work around our needs. It was a very smooth process of picking out the truck, negotiating, and signing paperwork, they even threw in some hats [my dad is a huge hat person], a carwash, and a few tanks of gas. I will definitely be returning for my upgrade on my Ford Focus. More

Polite, unsolicited communication, poised, polished, etc. I have been taking our Ford products to this dealership for over five years and have received the same level of consisten service. I would highly recomment this dealership to anyone!!! More

They will promise things they can't do. Give you the vehicle yank your chain over and over again only to have you return the vehicle. This guy gave my husband the keys to a f150 2011 truck and took our trade in, told us not to worry about it, that he would take care of him. My husband was to stop payment on the trade in and was assured the vehicle. Later we got the call. The DEAL was Done and the truck was ours. Soon after they called to say that, they were still working on the finance. A day later it was our truck. We went out of town to celebrate and upon returning we had a notice in the mail to return the vehicle. My husband called them to sort out the notice and they said it was a mistake that the TRUCK was in fact OURS. Not even half an hour later they called back saying they were sorry there was an error in communication and that the truck was NOT ours. My husband had already excepted a great new job opportunity were the truck was a valuable tool and fallen behind on his trade in vehicle payment. He got fed up with Ray and told him he had till Friday (two days) to either give him the truck or take it back but we couldn't continue wasting time. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and lack communication among their employees. My husband also found out that they did the same thing to a friend of his. ....Palm Springs Motors IS NOT the right choice when thinking about purchasing a new vehicle More
Our local dealer Palm Springs Motors palmspringsmotors.com has the worst service ever. I brought my brand new car almost a month ago with an electrical problem, could sound big but not, palmspringsmotors.com has the worst service ever. I brought my brand new car almost a month ago with an electrical problem, could sound big but not, the mechanism to open the trunk stopped working. They turned this problem into a nightmare, they made some damage to my car, scratched the glove box and two dents on the doors, took the car back and got it fixed, apparently, a week passed and a lot of damages are coming out on the area where they were working. They have the excuse of our signature on the paper that says "they fixed the problem we brought the car in for" and a video that shows us inspecting the part of the car that was fixed and we signed the car out but we were not told that we supposed to look for new damages caused by the dealer for the second time in a row. All I can say is that those problems weren't there before the car went in and now if a bring my car to them I don't know what other mayor damaged they could make. Why do I have to accept this?, I changed my car for a new one and now my new one doesn't look as a new one after only four months because they didn't take care of the problem as they should. More
