I prefer this dealership over the Riverside one. I had service done on my car this past week and was very happy with the work that was done. Overall ok experience appointment was set for 10:15 dropped off at 9:45 they didn’t update me on work I had to call twice. Car Sat all day until 4ish to do a recall that apparently was a down load that dropped off at 9:45 they didn’t update me on work I had to call twice. Car Sat all day until 4ish to do a recall that apparently was a down load that took minutes to complete Ask for tire pressure to be checked was told 3 times they did yet when I got in the car and drove away all 4 tires had different air pressure Dealership charges $240 to do a navigation update or go on line and down load to usb then I have to do the update unfortunately my usb drive isn’t large enough for the file so my navigation is out dated 🥲 More
