She was able to direct us into a car that we could handle.Lisa did not give us any false hope or promises.We had a very positive outcome from her willingness to listen and help us. Buying a car is right up there with root canals and funerals. I just dont like them. Going into this experience I walked in with a chip on my shoulder. From the moment I stepped foot onto the dealership it was a great experience. Our car salesperson was Marcelo Jr. If you are thinking about a KIA, CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE HE IS WORKING! His customer service and attention to detail was far more than I expected. It was superbowl Sunday and 30 minutes before closing time. We never felt rushed. He took his time. When it was time to sign the paper work (always a thrill) we dealt with Marcelo Pacibe. I know our situation wasnt the best. We had a lousy trade-in. so-so credit and little down. We never felt like he was doing us a favor. His customer service was superior. He was friendly and courteous.I love my Kia Forte! The other car dealerships should take a few pointers from these gentleman. Not only did I get a great car, but I had a great experience. I told a friend about my experience and he bought a bronze Kia Optima! Thanks once again gentleman. More

I would like to let everyone know about my wonderful experience at Palm Springs Kia, I read a few reviews before going and there was a negative review from June 2010 which I was told all new management experience at Palm Springs Kia, I read a few reviews before going and there was a negative review from June 2010 which I was told all new management came along in Nov 2010. I searched for over a month for used cars and then started looking at new cars. Well we finally found the perfect car for our son a beautiful Kia Optima and couldn't be happier. It was one of the best car shopping experiences ever!!You can not beat the price and Kia Optima has an excellent safety rating. If you want honest, caring, & fast customer service then you should really check them out. Thank you Palm Springs Kia you are the best. And James Wade the GM is the BEST!!! More

Very untrustworthy. The car I did buy from them was broken and had to be taken in for repairs twice after I bought it from them. They jerked me around with the title and loan. I had such a great experience at Palm Springs Kia. I cant even explain how nice the new General Manager, James, is. He called my husband in response to a craigslist post about selling my car. I couldn't believe it when we got there. James actually came out and met with us personally. I have had a lot of experiences with car dealers and their management team, and have never seen a GM as involved as he is. James isn't the only one I was impressed with either. Everyone on his sales staff that my husband and I met, were very polite and knowledgeable. I recommend Palm Springs Kia to everyone out there!! More

I have never had a horrible time in my entire car buying experiences as I have experienced recently at ((Palm Springs Kia in Cathedral City, California)). I was present on Sunday afternoon about 4:00P.M. o experiences as I have experienced recently at ((Palm Springs Kia in Cathedral City, California)). I was present on Sunday afternoon about 4:00P.M. on June 20, 2010, shopping for a new car. Everything went well until a nameless car salesman who claims to be the General Manager in charge, who by the way refused to offer his name card started to bud-in from Eric, the first salesman who helped me and lashed out at me. He tried to hard (core) sell me by telling me to stop shopping around and I was ignorant from lack of his dealership deals. The verbal arguing continued for 5 minutes, then he got up from his small desk and started to approach me--trying to further intimidate me with his size in from of all sales reps that he was in charge. I felt, he was being an immature ass and I informed him nicely that I don’t appreciate he being aggressive and I have the right to shop around as long as I want. Apparently, he did not like my comments and started to put his face in front of me as if he was going to be physical. I could not believe his actions and I was in no mood to further argue with the punk and left the premises. I plan to take appropriate legal actions with the dealership, the person, and with Kia Motors of America. My advice to all Kia customers--(avoid) this dealership at cost.
