My husband checked the tire pressure put air in the tires that needed it and the light is still on. Does anyone know if this is an ongoing problem with this vehicle. This does not make me very happy. Horrible service!! Bought a car last Saturday and they told me the tires were fine and to find out they are unsafe to drive on! Went back for them to replace them and they said they would and now are refusing saying they're brand new the tread is at a 4/3 on one tire and a 4 on the other now they will replace my back new tire that went flat for no reason so I'm glad for that but they won't on the front two! I was also told they should have never sold the car with the tires that bad!! I would never recommend this company at all to anyone who wants a good running car! Buyer beware !!!! More

Since our mind was set on the Sedona we went fir a test drive and directly to contract but even having a written trade in value from THEIR WEBSITE they did not honor it and offered half. They then gave us a quote for a finance charge of 22.9 percent having us oay the same in finance charges as the cost of the car, so when we got a co-signer they would not work with him and gave him a finance charge of 7.9 with a payment of 621 and still wanted a cash payment of 1000. After we and my co- signer walked out they said they would do no cash and a payment of 599, again we said 500 or not deal so we told them we would go accross the way to Nissan to which they replied to my cosigner "go ahead and make sure you tell them your credit score is a 603!" I could not believe this, in the end Nissan got us a top model Quest for 1.9 percent financing and a payment of $486 with 50 percent more for our trade in. So again worst dealeraship ever and we could not ge happier with our new Nissan Quest! More

We knew we didn't have the best credit, which is of course important when it comes to buying a car and getting loans. That was when salesman Greg Richard stepped in. Not only was he polite, knowledgeable and caring, but he didn't pressure us into trying to buy something we didn't really want. After we explained our situation, he told us to just let him run our credit and see where we stood. He also told us, if at that point we didn't want to buy a car at Kia, at least we could take that knowledge with us. Man were we surprised. We weren't as bad off as we thought. We told him we wanted an SUV or a van because our car was getting to small for us and our three kids, and he not only made us feel comfortable in our car buying experience, but he made our children feel comfortable as well, which is a testament to his kindness and salesmanship! Instead of taking us to the most expensive car on the lot, which is what I was expecting, he suggested a car that was cheaper and better for our whole family....and we loved it!!!! He wasn't concerned with getting the most money out of us, but getting us what was right! Thank you so much Greg for all your time and suggestions. We wouldn't have this car if it wasn't for you. And not only did you do it on our terms, but there was never a no, we can't do that. Just, "I have great news". In all the times I have bought cars, that has never happened. It always seemed like they were only concerned with getting as much money as they could. Also, he called the next day to make sure we still loved it and to see how everything was going! Another first in my car buying experiences, and a big relief and surprise. We weren't just another chink in the chain, but a memorable experience for you as well!!!! :) So thank you again. I heard an add on the radio stating they were running a special giving $6000 above blue book value for all trade ins. I called to get the details. It was confirmed that this was true and there were no exceptions for the model of car, mileage, etc. Against my better judgement, I went to the dealer. I have been interested in Forte SX for a while. When I got there I test drove the EX, they did not have any cars like what I wanted. We started talking about the trade in and I was quoted $3150 for my car. I still owe $3150 on it. So I mention the add for $6000 over blue book and the salesman actually says "oh you know how advertising is, its just a way saying something that means something different." I said if they were not going to honor the adds we were done. Then he said cars with over 100,000 miles don't qualify. I told him I called to confirm the rules and was told there are no exceptions. The response was "well you didn't talk to me, I would have explained it to you. Who did you talk to?" I said I talked to Palm Springs Kia and they said there were no exceptions. He became visually upset at this response. They offered a couple more thousand for a trade in value and I said OK, lets talk about the car. He said The could have it there tomorrow. While we were discussing the trade in his manager found an SX model at another dealer. He showed me the info the car and said I want a white one, not blue. The I was told they will not order a car from the factory, I must buy what they have. Remember, we are talking about a new car, not a used one. This is supposed to be a new car dealer. At a used car place I can understand only being to get what is on the lot, but to say they will not order a car from the factory really surprised me. I will not pay top dollar for a new car and not be able to choose the options I want. Not to mention they still were not honoring their add. Lets put these criminals out of business by never buying from them. More

I must say that I have never had a salesman as professional, knowledgeable, as the salesman at Palm Springs Kia. Randy Buonarigo is the salesperson I had the pleasure of working with. Randy made the car buying process simple, easy, non-pressure and a very pleasurable experience. Usually I rank having to go purchase a new car right up there with going to the dentist and have 3 cavity's filled and a root canal all at the same time. I was very surprised to actually have a happy experience buying a car. I always thought that when you buy a car and spend 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 on something you should be excited and happy about it, usually the dealerships I have purchased from in the past have made it a stressful and horrible experience. I thank you Randy for making this new KIA Forte the best car I ever bought, my hats off to you keep up the good work and you will make a lot of customers very happy More

Our Salesman, Ralph V, really went above and beyond to help us get into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. No pressure, no gimmicks, no surprises! Finally, someone who really is on the customers side! The other team members we great as well. On a busy Saturday afternoon, more than one person came and asked us if we had any questions about features on our brand new car, some came by to congratulate us, the service manager even came over and gave us his card should we ever need service. It was such a warm environment. They just don't brush you aside after you sign your paperwork. Also, this was the least amount of time we've ever spent in a dealership! From start to finish, I say we weren't there more than a couple of hours. I'm still in disbelief :) I can't imagine buying a car from anywhere else. Palm Springs Kia will be my first stop for years to come. Thanks again PSK! More
