Came in for an oil change and 30,000 mile maintenance. Very attentive. All of our service has been at Kia Cathedral City, and In the last 5 years the Service Dept has never been better. They are professional, courteous and all about the needs of the vehicle and customer. Great job, thank you! More
NIGHTMARE after NIGHTMARE after NIGHTMARE Well it started just a couple months after purchasing my 2014 KIA Soul when a rattling noise started near the passenger side dashboard by the windshie Well it started just a couple months after purchasing my 2014 KIA Soul when a rattling noise started near the passenger side dashboard by the windshield. I was told that they knew about the problem because people have reported it and I was definitely not the first person to experience the rattle noise. Jim was the service manager at the time at Palm Springs CA KIA service dept. The service department fixed the rattle noise but it has come back multiple times and is currently actively happening again. This will be it's 5th time. Also a second noise on the passenger side appeared at the same time the rattle noise appeared. This noise was also on the passenger side which took 3 months to fix. They said they fixed the noise saying it was the struts and I went up to test drive it and the noise was still there. Another month goes by they said they fixed the noise and had the nerve to say it was the struts AGAIN. I went up to test drive it and the noise was still there. The 3rd month they said it was fixed and I test drove it again and that noise was gone. They said it was a loose door hinge. Thankfully after 3 months that noise was resolved successfully and has not returned. However the rattling noise near the dash on the passenger side keeps reappearing and is currently still rattling again. Couple of oil changes ago they said I was ready to go and drove off and the oil light was on. I immediately drove the car back to the dealership and it was determined they forgot to put oil back into my car after draining it. Another time I wanted to get my tires rotated and they had to break off the wheel lock because it was stripped or something. I am writing this letter because I am deeply concerned I am being targeted now. This last time I went in for an oil change I always empty out my vehicle in fear of something my come up missing. During the multiple times my vehicle was in the shop I had my colonge, wheel key lock and nuts, and phone charger stolen. So this last oil change they said my vehicle was ready and I wanted before I left that my wheel lock key was put back in the storage department in the back where you lift up and there are storage departments underneath. Turns out someone had taken out the black storage department that sits right above the spare tire and turned it around and put it back in backwards. This is the main reason I am writing this letter because I feel I am being harassed and targeted now. More

Every time I go I am treated with the upmost respect and care. Monica and Yvette always look happy to see me and have the best smiles. They also somehow always remember what I need done to my vehicle which amazes me. They are always in a good mood and take care of me right away. I know how frustrating it is dealing with impatient people but they always keep their cool and treat them good as well. (I’ve seen it) The service guys are great too. Neibor is that coolest dude and knows his stuff and takes my visit seriously with a smile. I will always come here for my service no matter what vehicle I have. This place is my favorite and I always recommend it! Thank you all! More
