Service Advisor, Yvette Maldonado, is just the greatest! She always greets me by my name and treats me with the utmost respect and professionalism. My late husband Michael's passing has left me a little vulnerable and shy about dealing with the vehicle maintenance that he was handling. However, Yvette always explains in detail what needs to be done to my vehicle, the cost and how quickly that it will be accomplished. Just yesterday, I made an appointment on what I thought was the KIA website. The appointment was for 4pm. Unfortunately, your service department did not have the appointment listed and they closed at 5pm, not 7pm as I was informed by the "chat" representative. Yvette, understood my frustration with the miscommunication, empathized with me, took charge and addressed the issue as if it was her problem and further, got my vehicle serviced....wait for it...wait for it... by 5PM, I just cannot say enough or express my gratitude for her willingness to always go the extra mile. Nightmare after Nightmare Where do I start. Few months after buying KIA car started making noise. One rattling near dash and another near passenger. They said they fixed it it Where do I start. Month goes by they said they fixed it. Had the nerve to say struts again NOPE noise still there. Another month goes by 3 months now they said they fixed it YES turns out loose door hinge on passenger. Another rattling noise near dash been in 4 times to fix that noise separate noise. Went in for an oil change they forgot to put oil back into the vehicle. Items such as phone charger and cologne been stolen and key lock. More
