Car shopping Of all the dealerships we contacted (7) this was the only dealership that answered emails in a timely manner, provided the requested information and h Of all the dealerships we contacted (7) this was the only dealership that answered emails in a timely manner, provided the requested information and had the only vehicle that had the color and options we wanted IN STOCK. The only drawback was the time required to complete the transaction including multiple trips by the sales associate to whomever, to get answers to several negotiable items. We spent nearly 4 hours trying to get the deal done. Should have taken an hour or less. Have to give sales associate more latitude in dealing with negotiable items. I can show you how to do this as I learned this process in Graduate School. Also, it took "whomever" nearly 30 minutes to find the sales tax percentage in our area but my wife found the info in less than 2 minutes via Google. Have a link set up to the Franchise Tax Board...easy fix ! More

He was very knowledgeable about the cars, friendly and was willing to work around my credit issues. I was also upside down on my old car but they made it work with a better payment plan than any other dealership I visited. Ed made the experience great I was shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and just walking the lot. He kept asking me “Will this work for you?” before I even sat in the car or saw an initial price tag (there are no sticker prices on their used vehicles). He salesman went inside to check the price and came back out to introduce me to Ed. Ed interviewed me for a couple of minutes to vet an idea of what I was looking for and my price range. We drove a few cars, and while they were good, they just weren’t what I wanted. He then mentioned that he could probably get me a brand new car within my price range. We found a ‘19 Forte and Ed worked with me on the price. At no time did he pressure men or make me haggle for the price I wanted. We came to a satisfying agreement quickly, giving me a fait price on both my new car and my trade-in. I was extremely happy with his service and the end result. In fact, following my initial misgivings, I had the best experience on a car lot that I’ve had in years. More
