Deceit Took car in as radio screen died. Get a call telling me I need front brakes etc get another call can’t get tire locks off and they broke three keys tr Took car in as radio screen died. Get a call telling me I need front brakes etc get another call can’t get tire locks off and they broke three keys trying Took car to my mechanic and was told Kia broke a tire lock and the key on it cost me now to have removed and worse is Andrew from Kia never told me they broke the lock. Andrew also tells me me needs coolant assembly and find out I don’t. In my opinion Andrew was super pleasant when he thought I was going to have all these repairs but once he found out Kia couldn’t do that day he had an attitude of indifference. More
