I informed the person taking my request that they always forget to replace my valve caps. Guess what, they did again and then she gave them to me to put on. They also added a oil additive, which I was not i forget to replace my valve caps. Guess what, they did again and then she gave them to me to put on. They also added a oil additive, which I was not informed about, and I was charged $15. What a surprise that was. They were nice enough to wash my car however they failed to dry it off completely and left spots all over the front of the vehicle. Also the stink from pot is awful. I know they can’t control it but if there was a different place to go to I would. More

I have had my car in their shop 3 times and and without my car for 4 months out of 6 and it is still in their shop not fixed. I have left messages for them sometimes 8 in a week and no one has ever called my car for 4 months out of 6 and it is still in their shop not fixed. I have left messages for them sometimes 8 in a week and no one has ever called me back including the manager. I ended up calling Kia international. And they to have not kept us informed. I would go check on it except it is a 45 minute drive and I had back surgery. This is not good place to do business. More

Michael was an excellent service advisor. The mechanic may be very good but terribly messy. He left oily residue on the steering wheel, the shift lever and on the exterior of the driver’s door & handle. M may be very good but terribly messy.
