Takes 3-4 weeks just to get an appointment for even a simple service. I had to wait and they told me 1-1 1/2 hours after 3 hours they told me they there was a recall that was taking extra time - the r simple service. I had to wait and they told me 1-1 1/2 hours after 3 hours they told me they there was a recall that was taking extra time - the recall involved them handing me a cover for the 100v car charger that I had to install. I also had a issue with getting the charger to release which they said they could not find a problem , I suspect that part of the delay was the mechanics going to lunch in total I was they over 4 hours. Had delays in getting service appointments at other Kia dealers as well will not buy another Kia because of inability to get service in a timely manner. More
