I have only had dealings with this dealership's service department. My previous encounters have gone quite smoothly, but I can't say the same with this one. Their earliest appointment was a two week wait department. My previous encounters have gone quite smoothly, but I can't say the same with this one. Their earliest appointment was a two week wait. I can understand that they are busy. When making the appointment I requested that a rental car be reserved for me. My call was transferred to the service department. After approximately 5 minutes of them not answering, I hung up. A week later I called to schedule the rental and was again transferred to the service department. Still no answer after another 5 minute wait. Upon arriving for the appointment I was advised that the service would take about 2 and a half hours and was asked if I would like a ride home. I opted to wait and took a long walk. Upon my return at the appointed time, the car was not ready and it took an additional 2+ hours to complete it. The work was a routine service and a simple recall. The only additional item I asked for was to tighten the inside rear view mirror. I reminded the service advisor of the mirror problem on two occasions. Upon finally picking up the car, that repair had not been addressed. Very disappointed with the service on this visit. More
