Lisa was very accommodating but seemed a little overwhelmed with customers. Picking up the vehicle after service was a long wait in a very cramped area. When we arrived at the dealership I went into the show room to look at a new EV six and when I picked up I went back into the showroom again to look at a new EV six.I wasn’t acknowledged or talked to on either visit to the show room while looking at the two EV-6 models that were on display. I actually tried to purchase my new Sorrento PHEV from this dealership in October but did not receive any follow up from the sales representative that was helping me after I answered his initial questions on how I planned to purchase the vehicle and who it was for etc. I ended up locating a Sorrento PHEV in Tacoma Washington and flew out there from My home in Montana to purchase it. We love the vehicle and have been very impressed with every aspect of this new Kia offering! Our previous vehicle was a Lexus RX 350 and we feel like the Kia is better in every way! We are a believer of the Kia quality and have been very very impressed with this vehicle in every possible road condition especially snow and ice!
