I was in a desperate place and a bit disconnected when I arrived. A BRAND NEW employee, with a great big smile and a Texas accent made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in the best place to solv arrived. The Parts Dept guy was cheerful and kind...which is unusual these days. Frankly, I think he just didn't was to see me crying)ANYWAY....he found the key fob I needed, gave me a dimpled grin, expedited the paperwork and ESCORTED me back to the Service Dept hand me off to Yvette. It was clear sailing from there and I was on the road again... Thinking to myself... " Wow. THAT was pleasant. The key doesn't work but the FOB is FABULOUS! More
