My son is in the military and I am in charge of his car while he is away. I have had the opportunity to visit Palm Springs Kia several times so far to have any issues resolved on his car. Each time I have been greeted at the door (sometimes before). I get a friendly run down in what is going to happen and when they expect the car to be complete. They ask to wash my car and every time I get it clean and shiny- I can not say enough about this dealership And there staff. My last visit was with Chuck- what an asset to this dealership. Always goes above and beyond for the customer. Highly recommend this dealership for service and quality of customer service.
