The service department in Palm Springs Kia went above and beyond to take care of my unexpected window failure. Jesse and his team all contributed to successful solution. The waiting area was clean and uncluttered. My other choice for a dealer was Allstar Kia in San Bernardino, that I have used in the past. What a difference in dealerships! No comparison! Palm Springs Kia is now my “go to” dealership. More

Service Department was disappointing. Had 2 warranty issues on a brand new car. I booked an appointment in advance and after 5.5 hours at the dealership I was told the technician/speciali Had 2 warranty issues on a brand new car. I booked an appointment in advance and after 5.5 hours at the dealership I was told the technician/specialist was finally able to look at my car. 1.5 hours after that I got a call saying he couldn’t find anything wrong, even though I stated the 1 of the 2 issues were happening intermittently. Very disappointed. More
