I was so upset when I went there at first they said that their busy so made an appointment after 2 wks I came back 10: 00 am and they said it will take 4 to 5 hrs. i ask them if I can get a ride I can't w their busy so made an appointment after 2 wks I came back 10: 00 am and they said it will take 4 to 5 hrs. i ask them if I can get a ride I can't wait. So they drove me to my friends house and wait there. 5:00 pm Mr chuck Leonard told me they didn't get a chance to do anything because the techniciana are all busy. He suggested to leave my car overnight and promised me the SUV will be ready by 10:00 am I called around 10:00 am and Mr Chuck Leonard says another alibi got upset and told him you auto dealer are worst autoshop I've been. The worst is he doesn't even want to give a ride to get my car. So I said do something it's your fault I haveno way to go there. after a 10minutes he called and someone will pick me up added to that we don't do this service picking up client.So when I went there, just to control anger and wanted to leave ASAP. More

.. I had a 11 am appointment and I showed up early at 10:30 . Just in case I could be taken earlier. But that wasn’t the case, I checked in with a lady on the right hand side as you enter the service off 10:30 . Just in case I could be taken earlier. But that wasn’t the case, I checked in with a lady on the right hand side as you enter the service office . Doing recall her name, but she did not inform me about “how long it will take, how many are ahead or when the possible pick up time. “ she just checked in the car as I said I have a 11 appointment.. . I waited in the lobby for 2 1/2 hrs before the same lady walked by and said “oh,you’re waiting for your car?” I said yes .. she stated “ we weren’t planning on getting it done till about 3 pm that’s when I would call “ that Information would have been very helpful at the beginning of the interaction and check in process .. I took a glance in the bay to see if my car was there and it was still there.. hadn’t moved for over 2 1/2 hrs … what is the point of having a 11 am appointment if my car isn’t going to be seen … I saw 3 other people come into the lobby and leave within those 2 1/2 hrs … this is by far the WORST experience at Kia … I have had a Kia since 2016 and I’m not sure it’ll be for much longer … I had to change my transmission at 40k miles? Really?? Now this 11 am was for a AC problem… it wasn’t blowing Conditioned air! . Kia, please do better ! More
