They've been taking care of my car since I bought it. I needed a repair done, but the part needed to be ordered. I had appointment early my car didn't get fix until the following day .(1) couldn't find the part (2) early 8:30am appointment (3) coded me one price for both part and labor and taxes. Lisa was very professional and got my car taken care of in the timeframe that she promised me. She was busy with another customer when I arrive to pick up my car and Chuck was happy to help me and he even in the timeframe that she promised me. She was busy with another customer when I arrive to pick up my car and Chuck was happy to help me and he even walked me out to my car, opened the door for me and took the paper mat out of the floor. Both of them are upbeat and very happy and professional. The third service person was a guy with glasses who never smiled and really didn’t seem like a team player. Someone needed something from him and he barked back that he was busy. I was grateful that I did not get him. In the future I will ask for either Lisa or Chuck. If I still owned a business and was not retired I would hire both of them to work for me. Thank you for a very nice experience. More
