Had difficulty getting ahold of my Service member first off. When I finally did, I told them I needed transportation to get home. My Service Member told me they would provide me a Lift. My review is on the service department. I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my vehicle back in 2013. I had not experienced any problems with bringing my car in for service until I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my vehicle back in 2013. I had not experienced any problems with bringing my car in for service until recently. My vehicle broke down so I had no choice but to get it towed over to the service department for repair. Customer service did not give me a heads up that since I had no appointment on record, my vehicle would not even get diagnosed for another 6 weeks! So, after several calls to check on status, someone finally told me that all the cars ahead of mine were considered priority hence the long wait time. Meanwhile I am inconvenienced without a car for much longer than I anticipated. So I can’t give a great rating although this was my first awful experience with this dealership. I just feel unappreciated. They should never make a customer that has been giving them business for years, feel like they are less than a priority. It makes me not want to buy another car from them ever again. Thumbs down. More
