The most horrible service department experience in all of my 60 years of owning an automobile and over 35 years of owning a Ford. And I dealt with the same dealership from the time of about 1964. I went back 35 or so years for some service work so either my tempo or my temple and I went into the sales office and asked to see my salesman Frank Malone, and I found out he retired. I had over 40 years with the same dealership because I got treated right the service department did me right. This is the exact total and I mean big-time total difference between a good Ford dealer and the world‘s worst for The worst Ford dealership!!! It is so bad that I was sent only enemies and prison scape to do business with your lousy dealership More

And I am a 71 year-old person that he kept waiting for over half an hour after my car was don The problem was caused by a factory defective oil plug. And I am a 71 year-old person that he kept waiting for over half an hour after my car was done and he wrote on it that I refuse that service that would be provided to track down an oil leak. The oil leak was caused by the effective drain plug. It’s a well known fact that those cheap plastic Ford drain plugs are Absolute JUNK!!! More
