I had over 40 years with the same dealership because I got treated right the service department did me right. This is the exact total and I mean big-time total difference between a good Ford dealer and the world‘s worst for The worst Ford dealership!!! The oil leak was caused by the effective drain plug. It’s a well known fact that those cheap plastic Ford drain plugs are Absolute JUNK!!! More
