Jeff Moore made it as painless as possible in buying a new car. Working with Chris was such a relief for me. For weeks I had been getting phone calls and e-mails from pushy salesmen; I was about to hire somebody to go buy a car for me. When I visited Palm Coast Ford, C had been getting phone calls and e-mails from pushy salesmen; I was about to hire somebody to go buy a car for me. When I visited Palm Coast Ford, Chris and I took one of the new Escapes for a ride. I told him I was still looking around, and he actually let me walk away. He didn't call me 15 times a day thereafter nor fill my inbox repetitively. So, of course I came back the very next weekend. I finally settled on a certified 2010 Escape with a great price and excellent warranties. Chris was so patient with me, and he took the time to speak to my parents on the phone to answer all the questions that they had. The staff was so friendly and outgoing- they even kept me updated on my NFL teams throughout the day! I'm looking forward to my lifetime oil changes so I get to spend time with the staff again :) More

I've since returned to get floor mats as well as to have a bug shield installed and the customer service has been impeccable.
