He found the exact Escapes we wanted, V6 and XLT or Limited. We had previously gotten screwed by Gary Yeoman's finance manager and were reluctant to try another dealer. We were meet by a very helpful, honest, and friendly staff. From the minute we walked in they treated us like family! They gave us a great deal on not just 1 truck but 2 awesome Escapes. they even got our payments to go down without having to fork over thousands!! We will definetly go back to Palm Coast Ford for all our vehicles and even ordered new bug shields from the parts dept!! I went to look at a 2010 used Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. My son in law had been communicating with Kenny via phone and email. I had seen the car on the web. I ws an owner of a 2002 Explorer so knew what I wanted. I showed up with my son in law and three young grandkids and the sales people were very friendly and patient with the grandkids. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Sean helped me set up the Sync system and I was told to call him at any time with any questions. In fact, I did call today to see about the keyless entry code. There was not one in the glove compartment and he was searching all afternoon to try to find it in the system by the VIN number but I don't think he had any luck so I may have to drive back down there to have them pull the information from the computer. The Customer Service was good but when I arrived the vehicle I had called about was not on site so I had to wait about half an hour. The dealership got me a better interest rate than my bank did.
